Located on Quay Street in Spinningfields, Bauhaus is an impressive Grade A office building. CAT A work commenced in 2018 in order to transform the building into a creative functional space for modern office working.
Working alongside, Space Invader Design, and SAS International, a mesh raft was installed over 8 floors to achieve the open soffit aesthetic look. This also allows for the possibility of partitioning for future tenants, with mesh being selected as it exposes the soffit whilst allowing integrations and creating an on-trend modern look.
The ground floor co-working business lounge provides a bespoke, informal meeting area away from the main work areas. We installed a timber slatted system in the ceiling to co inside with joinery features in the lounge area. This project not only featured our ceiling installations, we also carried out the installation of the partition systems, glazing, joinery items, and partition/ceiling finishes.
Over two contract phases, we worked professionally with Ardmac in order to obtain the highest standard of interior fit out workmanship possible.
