This Cat B fit-out was completed on the third floor of the office administration block in the new £92 million state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Castleford, West Yorkshire on behalf of Haribo. Working with Ardmac, we delivered an on time, well designed space.
Our contribution to these works included new partitioning, suspended & feature ceilings and a new WC block including plumbing and sanitary ware. Using scaffold access externally with a material hoist as well, we were able to utilise the time period provided. The offices on the first and second floors, the production areas and all external delivery, parking and storage areas were occupied and operational at all times whilst the works were undertaken.
