When HCIP were contracted by Brown and Bancroft to complete the required works for EPIC UK regarding the building: No.1 The Avenue, EPIC UK stressed how much they wanted the reception area to be contemporary, open and full of light. This would give the building immense external appeal which EPIC UK saw as a priority.
HCIP achieved this ask by furnishing the open space with a very minimalist approach, and by decorating with a very light colour scheme. The furniture used was very current and made for a very smart work environment.
The project only lasted six weeks as HCIP were only recruited to carry out the required door alterations, the plastering of the open space and then the decorations e.g paintwork and wall coverings. The unique shape of the front desk together with the polished concrete wall panels really gave this project a smooth and modern feel.
The project was undertaken out of hours to minimise all disruption to the businesses currently occupying the high profile office block.
